Job Responsibilities:
✦ Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
✦ Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and business applications built on Salesforce.com platform.
✦ Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.
✦ Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
✦ Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
✦ Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
✦ Package and support deployment of releases.
✦ Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current Microsoft technologies.
✦ Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
✦ Analyse and resolve technical and application problems.
✦ Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
✦ Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
✦ Provide third-level support to business users.
✦ Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
Job Requirements:
✦ Ability to be high-energy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation to drive results.
✦ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong relationship, collaboration, and organizational skills.
✦ Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools and support multiple concurrent activities and to interface with external and internal resources, working as a member of a matrix-based diverse and geographically distributed project team.
✦ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
✦ Advanced knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies.
✦ Experience across development, customization, and support work on cloud-based technologies including object-oriented languages, and the Salesforce technology stack (LWC, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Integration).
✦ Experience with Salesforce.com Lightning, Aura LWC.
✦ Experience with platform integrations using SOAP and REST.
✦ Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
✦ Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model and Object Relationships.
✦ End-to-end configuration of Salesforce.com application, including record types, page layouts, sharing rules, and validation rules.
✦ Experience in customization and implementation of SFDC applications using Visualforce pages, Apex, triggers, batch classes, workflows, and approval processes.
✦ Experience in LWC, AURA, and JavaScript.
✦ Experience in testing applications including test classes and Apex tests.
✦ Experience with Visualforce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
✦ Experience with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Eclipse, Sublime Text, Notepad++.
✦ Experience in source control (SVN, GitHub).
✦ Experience in deployment using Eclipse, ANT deploy, and change sets.
✦ Experience in Salesforce Lightning including Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning custom components.
✦ Experience in integration with external systems using SOAP API, REST APIs, and outbound messages.
✦ Experience in fixing critical defects, unit testing, system integration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
✦ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Rally.
✦ Experience with technical design documents and blueprints.
✦ Experience in implementation and development of change requests.
✦ Experience with Flosum CI/CD is preferred.
