Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop Salesforce solutions including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.

✦   Configure and optimize Salesforce platform using objects, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

✦   Develop and manage complex Flows including screen flows, auto-launched flows, and scheduled flows.

✦   Lead Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration including conversion of Visualforce pages to LWC.

✦   Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services.

✦   Implement event-driven architecture using Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Streaming APIs.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and translate business requirements into technical implementations.

✦   Follow Salesforce development lifecycle best practices using version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset).

✦   Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and recommend improvements.

✦   Develop custom Lightning Web Components and execute proof of concepts.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

✦   Hands-on experience in Salesforce development (implicit but not specified in years).

✦   Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce configuration.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.

✦   Ability to build complex Lightning Web Components.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data management.

✦   Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

✦   Experience in CI/CD and version control tools preferred.

Additional Details:

✦   Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
