Job Responsibilities:

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation.

✦   Work with Omni-Channel, routing, and debugging test cases.

✦   Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications and AppExchange products.

✦   Develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.

✦   Communicate technical designs to engineering teams and business stakeholders.

✦   Support Salesforce deployment processes including CI/CD using Jenkins.

✦   Ensure compliance with change management policies for data integrity and system stability.

✦   Work with data management including structured and unstructured databases.

✦   Apply SOA design principles in solution development.

Job Requirements:

✦   6-10 years of experience on Salesforce platform.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.

✦   Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST APIs, Bulk API, and Metadata API.

✦   Experience in Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

✦   Knowledge of Apex programming and Salesforce development tools.

✦   Experience in system integrations with third-party tools.

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.

✦   Understanding of SQL, RDBMS, and data management concepts.

✦   Salesforce Service Cloud / Architect certifications preferred.

✦   Ability to work in highly available and secure system environments.
