Job Responsibilities:

✦   Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

✦   Support digital transformation initiatives through scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.

✦   Develop and customize Salesforce applications following best practices and architecture standards.

✦   Work across Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Data Cloud.

✦   Implement automation, security controls, and performance optimization techniques.

✦   Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

✦   Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

✦   Identify opportunities for performance optimization and application enhancements.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

✦   Work in multi-vendor and cross-functional environments.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication and problem solving.

Job Requirements:

✦   6–11 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce platform and cloud services.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and system integrations.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, automation, and security features.

✦   Ability to design scalable and high-quality solutions.

✦   Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.

✦   Familiarity with middleware and integration tools.

✦   Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments preferred.
