✦ Experience in requirement gathering and business process documentation.
✦ Customer-focused mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce data integrity, security, and best practices.
✦ Salesforce certifications preferred.
✦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
✦ Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ownership mindset.
