Job Requirements:

✦   7–10 years of hands-on Salesforce development, implementation, and integration experience.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

✦   Strong ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.

✦   Experience in requirement gathering and business process documentation.

✦   Customer-focused mindset with ability to work under tight deadlines.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data integrity, security, and best practices.

✦   Salesforce certifications preferred.

✦   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

✦   Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ownership mindset.
