Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop comprehensive requirements to support business growth and new product functionality.

✦   Maintain strong working knowledge of vulnerabilities around Salesforce platform, SOQL and SOSL queries, Batch Apex and triggers, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata), Flows, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and Visualforce pages.

✦   Lead in definition and estimation of project work packages, including systems design specifications, testing, and implementation plans.

✦   Develop and configure event management tool (Marketo).

✦   Complete required unit testing and cooperate with business teams to ensure timely, efficient, and error-free implementation.

✦   Participate in planning and execution of CRM and Events Management tools upgrades and migrations.

✦   Work on incident, enhancement, and maintenance tickets and deliver technical support.

✦   Promote enhancements to departmental processes and technical solutions.

✦   Design and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, automation, and client needs.

✦   Work closely with Salesforce Analyst to test and deliver features.

✦   Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders.

✦   Assist with application enhancements and understand business requirements.

✦   Follow change management process for implementations and deployments.

✦   Maintain system maintenance and code monitoring including security reviews and updates.

✦   Design and build interfaces between Salesforce platform and other applications.

✦   Own solution delivery from technical design to production release.

✦   Maintain security standards and perform code reviews.

✦   Engage with business partners to understand processes and deliver solutions.

✦   Estimate project scope and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.

✦   Develop and implement improvements to architecture and processes.

✦   Document processes and procedures for internal teams.

✦   Identify gaps in processes to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 5+ years of experience.

✦   3 to 5 years of core Salesforce platform (LWC, Apex, Visualforce) development.

✦   Proven knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Digital Experience Cloud, Community portals, and Einstein GPT.

✦   Full-stack web development capabilities using Java and JavaScript.

✦   Experience with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

✦   Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and Zero Copy architecture (preferred).

✦   Understanding of SaaS, CRM, and Event Management systems.

✦   Experience with REST Web Services.

✦   Exposure to Event Management systems such as Marketo.

✦   Experience in financial services domain (preferred).

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
