Job Requirements:

✦   Required Qualifications:

✦   – Practical experience developing and configuring within Salesforce.

✦   – Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex, including classes, triggers, and test classes.

✦   – Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura.

✦   – Skilled in Salesforce Flows and process automation.

✦   – Solid understanding of data modeling, security architecture, and sharing rules.

✦   – Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and/or middleware tools such as MuleSoft or Boomi.

✦   – Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

✦   – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

✦   – Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   – Comfortable leading technical discussions and influencing design and implementation decisions.

✦   – Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

✦   Preferred Qualifications:

✦   – Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

✦   – Salesforce Administrator and/or Business Analyst certification.

✦   – Experience transitioning solutions from third-party vendors to internal teams.

✦   – Background working in public sector or healthcare environments.
