Job Responsibilities:

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Strong implementation skills using declarative programming.

✦   Strong CDP/Data Cloud implementation experience including segmentation activation, RFM analysis, CLV, and zero-copy or zero-ETL architecture.

✦   Strong skills in Apex programming, triggers, test classes, batch processes, LWC components, integration using Apex code, Platform Events, Flows, and user security.

✦   Strong experience in Sales Cloud including Opportunity, Products, and Service Contracts.

✦   Work with client Technology Solution Architect, Salesforce Data Developer, and third-party implementation providers in Agile sprint-based delivery.

✦   Provide support, coaching, and guidance on development processes, methodology, and Salesforce architecture.

✦   Assist in defining, developing, and implementing Salesforce strategy.

✦   Develop reusable Apex applications for internal and customer use.

✦   Collaborate closely with offshore teams to manage dependencies and alignment.

✦   Knowledge of Experience Cloud preferred.

✦   Familiarity with Revenue Cloud is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience.

✦   5+ years of Salesforce declarative development, Apex development, LWC, and SOQL experience.

✦   Proven experience delivering 1–2 end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.

✦   Expertise in solution architecture for Sales and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across systems.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional and offshore teams.

✦   Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

✦   Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
