Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc).

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.

✦   Perform unit testing, debugging, and code optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.

✦   Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, developments, and processes.

✦   Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and recommend enhancements.

✦   Work with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity/Industries) components such as OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) and Product Catalog CPQ.

✦   Build and optimize telecom/communications-specific workflows and business processes.

✦   Contribute to the design and enhancement of solutions leveraging Communications Cloud capabilities.

✦   Stay updated with Communications Cloud releases and enhancements.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

✦   2–4 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL & SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity/Industries).

✦   Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integration tools and middleware.

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules).

✦   Experience with declarative features such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification preferred.

✦   Communications Cloud / OmniStudio certification is a plus.

✦   Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
