Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and deliver scalable solutions across Salesforce CRM, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and marketing platforms.

✦   Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Design System.

✦   Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

✦   Drive integrations across CRM, Marketing Cloud, and third-party fintech/lending systems.

✦   Lead technical design discussions and promote best practices in architecture, testing, and deployment.

✦   Support data migration, system integration, and API development (REST/SOAP).

✦   Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

✦   Develop proof of concepts, solution designs, and technical documentation.

✦   Provide production support, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce/Force.com development experience.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce architecture.

✦   Experience with APIs, integrations, and data modeling.

✦   Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

✦   Preferred experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

✦   Exposure to fintech or lending systems (e.g., nCino or similar).

✦   Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar tools.

✦   Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
