Job Responsibilities:

✦   Build solutions on Salesforce to enhance servicing agents’ experience and support loan and lease customers

✦   Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and scheduled jobs

✦   Integrate Salesforce into enterprise applications built on Azure and AWS and third-party systems

✦   Collaborate with business SMEs and technical architects to define Automotive Cloud usage and data architecture

✦   Design and implement API-first integrations and microservices-based architecture

✦   Support Salesforce Service Cloud and call center processes including telephony integration

✦   Implement security configurations including user profiles, permissions, encryption, monitoring, and disaster recovery

✦   Ensure compliance with best practices for DevOps, testing, and monitoring

✦   Design and support data synchronization between Salesforce and external systems

Job Requirements:

✦   5–7 years of Salesforce experience required

✦   Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and scheduled jobs

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and case management processes

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS and Azure ecosystems

✦   Strong understanding of API design, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns

✦   Experience with call center integrations and telephony systems

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and permission sets

✦   Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring practices

✦   Ability to work with technical architects and business stakeholders

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
