Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.

✦   Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving business needs.

✦   Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-ups.

✦   Write and execute unit tests, support overall testing efforts.

✦   Perform code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

✦   Support production environments and manage deployments (CI/CD).

✦   Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.

✦   Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows.

✦   Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent experience).

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) preferred.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, architecture, and APIs.

✦   Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components.

✦   Proficiency in JavaScript (Node, Angular, or React preferred).

✦   Experience with HTML, CSS, SQL, and related technologies.

✦   Familiarity with source control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, TFS).

✦   Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Salesforce DX, ANT).

✦   Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

✦   Experience with Service Cloud and case management preferred.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

✦   Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

✦   Willingness to learn and adapt in a complex environment.

✦   Ability to mentor junior developers and share best practices.
