Job Responsibilities:

✦   Mentor and support junior Salesforce developers.

✦   Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura).

✦   Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable architecture.

✦   Implement Lightning Experience enhancements and modern UI/UX designs.

✦   Perform code reviews, unit testing (minimum 75% coverage), and deployment using CI/CD tools.

✦   Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.

✦   Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.

✦   Build and optimize custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and Flow.

✦   Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure system performance and scalability.

✦   Collaborate with admins, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

✦   Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards.

✦   Support releases, production deployments, and post-production validation.

✦   Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform innovation and continuous improvement efforts within the engineering organization.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

✦   6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   3 or more years of experience in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integrations.

✦   4 or more years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other clouds.

✦   2 or more years of experience of data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.

✦   2 or more years of experience in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, Git).

✦   2 or more years of experience of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   2 or more years of experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).

✦   Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps Center, DX, and scratch orgs.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

✦   Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

✦   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

✦   Exposure to Einstein Analytics, Experience Cloud, or CPQ.

✦   Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.

✦   Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.

✦   Exposure to microservices or event-driven architecture.

✦   Understanding of data migration and ETL tools.

✦   Salesforce Certifications.
