Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.

✦   Build and enhance user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

✦   Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Controllers, Test Methods, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, workflows, and approval processes.

✦   Work with business analyst teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Document and implement best practices to ensure system stability.

✦   Manage deployments and version control using tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Flexdeploy, VS Code, and ANT.

✦   Coordinate and support release cycles and provide production support.

✦   Lead production support activities and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

✦   Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning (LWC and Aura), Apex, and Visualforce.

✦   Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Managed Packages.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access controls.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and integration patterns.

✦   Exposure to AWS and cloud-based architecture is preferred.

✦   Strong experience with version control and CI/CD practices.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

✦   Ability to manage projects independently and mentor junior developers.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) required.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) preferred.

✦   Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
