Job Responsibilities:

✦   Create, enhance, and manage custom Salesforce-based applications aligned with business needs.

✦   Build scalable and secure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies.

✦   Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and reusable components.

✦   Optimize application performance and ensure scalable CRM solutions.

✦   Develop integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.

✦   Build and maintain REST API and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Work with middleware and integration platforms to connect Salesforce with external systems.

✦   Create and manage Salesforce automation using Flows, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Process Automation.

✦   Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, and code reviews.

✦   Participate in Salesforce release management and deployment activities.

✦   Support production environments and troubleshoot application issues.

✦   Implement Salesforce security best practices including profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or related role.

✦   6+ years of hands-on experience with Apex programming.

✦   6+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

✦   Strong expertise in SOQL and SOSL.

✦   Experience building REST API and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning Platform architecture.

✦   Experience developing scalable CRM applications and enterprise Salesforce solutions.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.

✦   Experience in BFSI or related domains is a plus.

✦   Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
