Job Responsibilities:

✦   Independently own Salesforce end-to-end from platform configuration to code and release management.

✦   Handle core Salesforce administration including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.

✦   Manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and org health monitoring.

✦   Provide Salesforce Admin support.

✦   Work on Sales Cloud & Service Cloud including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Case management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Email-to-Case.

✦   Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.

✦   Perform unit testing with 85%+ code coverage and ensure governor limits awareness.

✦   Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Customize UI components using LWC and Apex controllers.

✦   Implement API integrations using REST APIs with external systems including error handling, retry logic, and documentation.

✦   Build and manage Flows and automation including record-triggered flows, screen flows, auto-launched flows, and scheduled flows.

✦   Handle data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools including data cleansing, transformation, validation, and rollback planning.

✦   Manage CI/CD and deployment using SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, Metadata API, and CI/CD pipelines such as Copado or Azure DevOps.

✦   Maintain Git-based version control and coordinate releases.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience.

✦   Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Hands-on experience with AI and Agentforce.

✦   Experience in custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with API integrations.

✦   Knowledge of automation via Flows.

✦   Experience in data migration.

✦   Experience in CI/CD deployments.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce administration including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
