Job Responsibilities:
✦ Own Salesforce end-to-end from platform configuration to code and release management.
✦ Manage core Salesforce administration including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
✦ Work on custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and org health monitoring.
✦ Provide Salesforce admin support and manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities such as leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, case management, service console, knowledge base, omni-channel, and email-to-case.
✦ Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs with unit testing and governor limits awareness.
✦ Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom UI components.
✦ Perform API integrations using REST APIs with external systems including error handling and documentation.
✦ Implement flows and automation including record-triggered flows, screen flows, auto-launched flows, and scheduled flows.
✦ Handle data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools including data cleansing, transformation, validation, and rollback planning.
✦ Manage CI/CD and deployment using SFDX, Salesforce CLI, change sets, metadata API, and CI/CD pipelines.
✦ Coordinate Git-based version control and release management.
Job Requirements:
✦ 8+ years of experience.
✦ Strong hybrid skill set spanning Salesforce administration and development.
✦ Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Experience with AI and Agentforce.
✦ Custom development using Apex and LWC.
✦ API integrations and automation via flows.
✦ Data migration expertise.
✦ CI/CD deployment knowledge.
✦ Knowledge of when to use declarative automation tools versus Apex code.
