Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own Salesforce end-to-end from platform configuration to code and release management.

✦   Core Salesforce Administration including user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.

✦   Custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules.

✦   Reports, dashboards, and org health monitoring.

✦   Salesforce Admin support.

✦   Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts.

✦   Case management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case.

✦   Apex development including classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.

✦   Unit testing with 85%+ code coverage and awareness of governor limits.

✦   Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience.

✦   Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   AI and Agentforce experience.

✦   Custom development using Apex and LWC.

✦   API integration using REST APIs with external systems.

✦   Error handling, retry logic, and integration documentation.

✦   Flows and automation including record-triggered flows, screen flows, auto-launched flows, and scheduled flows.

✦   Understanding when to use declarative automation tools versus Apex code.

✦   Data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools including data cleansing, transformation, validation, and rollback planning.

✦   CI/CD and deployment using SFDX or Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, Metadata API, and CI/CD pipelines such as Copado or Azure DevOps.

✦   Git-based version control and release coordination.

✦   Good to have Copado release management and CI/CD within Salesforce environments certification.
