Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

✦   Design and build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Manage the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.

✦   Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, fostering best practices.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST APIs.

✦   Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✦   5-8 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity.

✦   Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce data modeling, sharing, and security.

✦   Experience with integration technologies and REST APIs.

✦   Excellent leadership and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD.

✦   Experience in a specific industry (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare).
