Job Responsibilities:
✦ This is a technical role suited for someone who can independently own Salesforce end-to-end from platform configuration to code and release management.
✦ User management, profiles, roles, permission sets, security settings.
✦ Custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules.
✦ Reports, dashboards, and org health monitoring.
✦ Salesforce Admin support.
✦ Sales Cloud and Service Cloud including leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, case management, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case.
✦ Apex development including classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs.
✦ Unit testing with 85%+ code coverage and governor limits awareness.
✦ Lightning Web Components (LWC).
✦ API integration using REST APIs with external systems.
✦ Flows and automation including record-triggered flows, screen flows, auto-launched flows, scheduled flows.
✦ Data migration using Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools.
✦ CI/CD and deployment using SFDX, Salesforce CLI, Change Sets, Metadata API, and CI/CD pipelines.
✦ Git-based version control and release coordination.
Job Requirements:
✦ 8+ years experience.
✦ Strong hybrid skill set spanning both administration and development.
✦ Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
✦ Experience with AI and Agentforce.
✦ Custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
✦ API integrations.
✦ Automation via flows.
✦ Data migration.
✦ CI/CD deployments.
✦ Customized custom components using LWC and Apex controller.
✦ Error handling, retry logic, and integration documentation.
✦ Understanding of declarative automation tools like flows and when to use Apex code.
✦ Experience with tools like Copado, Azure DevOps, or similar.
✦ Git-based version control.
✦ Certification.
