Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead, design, and deliver 3–4 Salesforce projects, including large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

✦   Develop scalable, high-quality, and customized solutions using Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.

✦   Work across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud as applicable).

✦   Leverage advanced Salesforce features, including automation, security, and performance optimization.

✦   Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform tools.

✦   Participate in the full development lifecycle—requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

✦   Identify opportunities for application optimization, redesign, and innovation to improve performance and user experience.

✦   Stay current with new Salesforce releases and features, recommending continuous process and technical improvements.

✦   Work effectively in a multi-vendor and cross-functional environment, adapting to evolving project needs.

Job Requirements:

✦   9–15 years of experience in Salesforce.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.

✦   Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud.

✦   Experience in designing and implementing integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and architecture standards.

✦   Experience in full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

✦   Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
