Job Responsibilities:

✦   Implement real-time and batch data synchronization across enterprise systems and Salesforce clouds. Define and enforce data governance and retention rules. Ensure data security and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). Build scalable segmentation and activation pipelines. Optimize data ingestion performance with monitoring and validation. Develop website personalization using Marketing Cloud Personalization. Analyze campaign metrics for optimization. Develop automated data quality monitoring and troubleshooting processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years experience with Salesforce Data 360, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud. Experience with data modeling, transformation, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPScript, JavaScript, Handlebars, SQL, and Apex. Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization and campaign development. Preferred certifications in Data 360, Platform Developer, or Marketing Cloud.
