Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, architect and develop custom Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, APIs, and integrations with back-office systems.

✦   Leverage middleware tools for integrations and problem-solving.

✦   Manage project deployments including release and environment management.

✦   Configure and maintain Salesforce capabilities on standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Campaigns, Products, Reports, and Dashboards.

✦   Create custom objects, fields, tabs, reports, dashboards, workflows, process automation, and email templates.

✦   Replace process builders and workflow rules with Apex code.

✦   Design page layouts and manage profile-based assignments.

✦   Create workflows, approval flows, and data models.

✦   Create junction objects for relationship modeling.

✦   Maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features including case management and knowledge.

✦   Implement security settings including OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

✦   Perform testing and regression testing before releases.

✦   Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders.

✦   Support requirements gathering, documentation, and system analysis.

✦   Create deployment and operational documentation.

✦   Manage UAT, bug tracking, and issue resolution.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 2 years Salesforce administration/development experience.

✦   Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

✦   Platform Developer I certification preferred.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.

✦   Experience with Visualforce pages and custom controllers.

✦   Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

✦   Experience with integration and ETL tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, and Data Loader.

✦   Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Good documentation and communication skills.
