Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

✦   Customize Salesforce applications including objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

✦   Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.

✦   Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.

✦   Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.

✦   Work on Next Best Action (NBA) solutions and Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud implementations.

✦   Support patient services and healthcare-related Salesforce solutions including HCP and campaign journeys.

Job Requirements:

✦   6+ years of Salesforce development experience with 1-2 years in Data Cloud.

✦   Strong expertise in Next Best Action (NBA), Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Experience in Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.

✦   Experience with Git-based version control.

✦   Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred.

✦   Experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud preferred.

✦   Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins preferred.

✦   Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences preferred.
