Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

✦   Drive end-to-end project execution including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

✦   Manage and mentor offshore development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

✦   Act as primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

✦   Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

✦   Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and deliver product demos.

✦   Provide architectural guidance and participate in technical discussions with clients.

✦   Perform hands-on development using Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex), Salesforce Flows, Aura framework, and Visualforce.

✦   Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.

Job Requirements:

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce development using LWC, Apex, and Flows.

✦   Experience with OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (preferred).

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (preferred).

✦   Ability to handle complex Salesforce customizations.

✦   Experience working with offshore development teams.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.

✦   Experience in client-facing technical discussions is preferred.
