Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

✦   Manage Salesforce release processes using AutoRabbit.

✦   Automate deployment workflows using GitHub Actions.

✦   Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash/Shell and Python.

✦   Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth release cycles.

✦   Monitor deployment pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployment performance.

✦   Implement DevOps best practices, version control, and release management strategies.

✦   Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management processes.

✦   Support production deployments and resolve release-related issues.

Job Requirements:

✦   8–10 years of overall IT experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform.

✦   Expertise in AutoRabbit for Salesforce release management.

✦   Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

✦   Strong scripting skills in Bash/Shell and/or Python.

✦   Good understanding of Git version control and branching strategies.

✦   Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD methodologies.

✦   Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
