Job Responsibilities:

✦   Maintain, optimize, and monitor CI/CD pipelines for reliable automated testing and deployments in Salesforce environments.

✦   Act as the primary point of contact for deployment failures, merge conflicts, and environment inconsistencies.

✦   Identify and resolve deployment-related risks to ensure release stability.

✦   Define and govern environment strategies across development, QA, UAT, and production.

✦   Design and manage Git-based branching models for Salesforce development lifecycles.

✦   Establish and enforce DevOps standards across environments.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, Copado releases, and DevOps best practices.

✦   Drive continuous improvement initiatives by refining deployment processes and automation.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation for onboarding, audits, and operations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.

✦   3+ years of experience in a Salesforce DevOps role supporting enterprise-scale environments.

✦   Copado certifications such as Copado Certified Administrator or Developer are required.

✦   Strong experience managing Salesforce-specific CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Proficiency with Git-based version control systems and branching strategies.

✦   Strong troubleshooting skills for deployment errors, merge conflicts, and environment issues.

✦   Experience in defining DevOps strategies and implementing best practices.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer certifications are preferred.

✦   Experience with Communications Cloud or Revenue Cloud is preferred.

✦   Familiarity with scripting tools such as Bash, Python, or Salesforce DX CLI.

✦   Experience with automated testing frameworks in Salesforce is preferred.
