Job Responsibilities:

✦   Understand Salesforce platform components including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Work with Salesforce architecture including multi-tenant architecture and metadata.

✦   Develop and support Salesforce CPQ and Conga CPQ solutions.

✦   Build automation using Flow and other declarative tools.

✦   Develop and maintain Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Support Salesforce release cycle and change management processes.

✦   Use tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and MuleSoft for integrations.

✦   Produce technical design documentation and support solution delivery.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects and product teams.

✦   Support code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC.

✦   Experience in Salesforce CPQ / Conga CPQ.

✦   Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation tools.

✦   Basic knowledge of Git and version control systems.

✦   Familiarity with tools like Postman for API testing.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security and vulnerability scanning tools.

✦   Ability to work with integration tools such as MuleSoft or similar.
