Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript frameworks.

✦   Have knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud Module.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft.

✦   Participate in solution design with architects and business analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

✦   Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT to ensure solution quality.

✦   Contribute to release planning, deployment, and documentation using tools like GitHub, Gearset, and OwnBackup.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.

✦   Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce developer.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

✦   Experience with version control systems and CI/CD practices.

✦   Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Developer I & II).

✦   Experience with CTI integration, email automation, and knowledge management.

✦   Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).

✦   Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
