Salesforce Field Service Architect
Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations.

✦   Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.

✦   Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with business objectives.

✦   Provide governance and oversight of Salesforce projects.

✦   Define and enforce coding standards; lead code reviews.

✦   Manage delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.

✦   Debug issues and deep dive into project challenges.

✦   Participate in pre-sales activities including discovery sessions and POC development.

✦   Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support implementations.

✦   Travel to client sites (50–75%).

Job Requirements:

✦   9–14 years CRM experience with at least 6 years on Salesforce platform.

✦   Expertise in end-to-end Field Service implementation.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Clouds).

✦   Ability to design scalable, performance-driven architecture.

✦   Knowledge of design patterns, large data volume handling, and platform best practices.

✦   Understanding of data sharing, visibility, and platform architecture.

✦   Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, OAuth).

✦   Experience with integrations (ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting).

✦   Strong knowledge of environment management, release management, and DevOps practices.

✦   Experience with platform security (TLS, SSL).

✦   Strong background in large-scale web-based systems or full software lifecycle.

✦   Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain them.

✦   Degree or equivalent experience.
