Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) configuration and customization.

✦   Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Implement Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers.

✦   Support workforce management, asset service management, warranty, and service contract processes.

✦   Work with FSL Mobile App and Service Cloud features.

✦   Collaborate on technical and functional Salesforce implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce FSL configuration and development.

✦   Strong understanding of Field Service business processes (Workforce Management, Asset Service, Warranty & Contracts).

✦   Experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning development.

✦   Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, SOQL, SOSL.

✦   Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Triggers.

✦   Good functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce FSL and Service Cloud.

✦   Salesforce certification (at least Salesforce Admin required).

✦   Availability to join within 2 weeks.

✦   Willingness to work on-site and on a 6-month contract.
