Job Responsibilities:

✦   Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.

✦   Design and configure scalable solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.

✦   Provide 2nd and 3rd level functional support, resolving user issues and guiding adoption.

✦   Lead workshops, UAT sessions, and user training programs.

✦   Collaborate with developers to ensure alignment between functional design and technical implementation.

✦   Create and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases.

Job Requirements:

✦   Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud specialist.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RA/CPQ), Quote-to-Cash processes, product bundling and configuration, product and price rules, and quote templates.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Revenue Cloud Advanced) and Salesforce Flows (development and testing).

✦   Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✦   Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

✦   Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

✦   Nice-to-have skills include experience working in DevOps environments and familiarity with Git-based version control tools.

✦   Preferred certifications include Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
