Job Responsibilities:

✦   Independently design, build, and deliver medium/high complexity stories using standard estimation methods.

✦   Own medium-complex modules, perform PoCs, grooming, and present design options.

✦   Drive technical grooming, participate in solutioning and PoCs with option analysis.

✦   Engage juniors to follow best practices, perform code reviews, and coordinate with onshore/client teams.

✦   Define release management strategy, pipeline management, and repository integration with DevOps.

✦   Drive meeting agendas and support weekly status reports.

✦   Configure and extend Agentforce/GenAI components and perform PoCs for GenAI-powered features.

✦   Mentor analysts on technical tasks and support technical solutioning and PoCs.

Job Requirements:

✦   3 – 6 years of consulting or industry experience.

✦   Minimum 1 year of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst.

✦   Post Graduate (MBA + B.E./BTech.).

✦   Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional user stories.

✦   Strong communication and presentation skills.

✦   Strong Salesforce administration skills.

✦   Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience.

✦   Experience implementing Salesforce Industries Solutions.

✦   Expertise in writing user stories and Agile methodologies.

✦   Experience in building RFP/RFI for SFDC implementations and pre-sales collateral.

✦   Experience in functional testing of SFDC implementations.

✦   Expertise in MS Office tools.

✦   Good to have experience with integration and configuration.

✦   Ability to provide Salesforce designs using configuration/customization.
