Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead scrum teams for epics and features, provide technical design, and develop stories per sprint.

✦   Lead estimation for epics and features and support project planning and timelines.

✦   Own end-to-end functional modules and lead story grooming and solutioning with client teams.

✦   Ensure quality through unit and peer reviews and conduct root cause analysis on defects.

✦   Lead code reviews and guide teams on customization versus configuration.

✦   Lead demos to clients, prepare status reports, and present risks in project meetings.

✦   Prepare process flows, release notes, and manage pipelines.

✦   Prepare Gantt charts, dependency matrices, and maintain project tracking.

✦   Prepare engagement review documentation and support upsell or cross-sell activities.

✦   Architect, lead, and optimize Agentforce and GenAI integrations.

✦   Drive adoption of GenAI and agentic solutions.

✦   Lead technical solutioning, code reviews, and customization or configuration decisions.

Job Requirements:

✦   6-10 years of consulting or industry experience.

✦   Minimum 1 year of experience as Salesforce Business Analyst.

✦   Post Graduate (MBA + B.E./BTech.).

✦   Strong communication and presentation skills.

✦   Strong Salesforce administration skills.

✦   Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience).

✦   Experience implementing Salesforce Industries Solutions.

✦   Expertise in writing user stories.

✦   Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.

✦   Experience in building RFP/RFI for Salesforce implementations.

✦   Experience in functional testing of Salesforce implementations.

✦   Expertise in MS Office tools.

✦   Degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent.

✦   Experience with integration and configuration is a plus.
