Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform impact analysis and communicate impacts or changes required based on Salesforce releases.

✦   Effectively communicate task status as required.

✦   Collaborate with the onshore team to understand design approach, priorities, and mitigate technical dependencies.

✦   Mentor and coach the offshore team on Lightning development and best practices related to declarative and coding.

✦   Be a key contributor to classic to Lightning migration and development using LWC.

✦   Help shape requirements in product backlogs.

✦   Design, develop, test, and deploy complex enhancements in Lightning and Classic.

✦   Own the platform collaboratively and handle BAU production issues.

✦   Provide knowledge sharing sessions on new features and identify implementation opportunities.

✦   Participate in design discussions related to new projects and enhancements.

✦   Take technical ownership of the organization’s Salesforce platform.

✦   Act as a technical touchpoint and quality gatekeeper between onshore and offshore teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

✦   Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce.com systems implementation.

✦   Hands-on programming experience.

✦   Exposure to server-side and client-side languages such as .NET or Java and JavaScript.

✦   Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

✦   Ability to understand and interpret UML diagrams.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, integrations, REST, workflows, triggers, and data loader.
