Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement Salesforce revenue cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

✦   Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce implementations.

✦   Provide training and support to end-users on new Salesforce features and functionality.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce revenue cloud implementations.

✦   Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce development principles, patterns, and best practices.

✦   Experience with Salesforce revenue cloud (formerly Demandware) is required.

✦   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

✦   Strong communication and collaboration skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
