Job Responsibilities:

✦   Managing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to enhance client support operations.

✦   Developing training materials for Salesforce Lightning to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.

✦   Conducting business process modeling to optimize Salesforce integration within enterprise systems.

✦   Utilizing analytical thinking to assess and improve business application consulting strategies.

✦   Implementing technology solutions to support emerging technologies and innovative design.

✦   Collaborating with teams to standardize processes and improve project architecture.

✦   Providing technical consultation for Salesforce administration and enterprise software integration.

✦   Leading systems project management efforts to align with business model development goals.

✦   Supporting application software deployment to enhance IT infrastructure and technology administration.

✦   Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to drive technology innovation and integration.

Job Requirements:

✦   At least a Bachelor’s degree.

✦   At least 4 years of experience.

✦   Oral and written proficiency in English required.

✦   Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems.

✦   At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications.

✦   Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.

✦   Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems.

✦   Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities.

✦   Implementing technology solutions to optimize business processes.
