Job Responsibilities:
✦ Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys, including automated drip campaigns for prospective homebuyers.
✦ Develop and execute email, SMS, and multi-channel marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
✦ Segment audiences based on buyer behavior, demographics, and sales funnel stage to deliver personalized messaging.
✦ Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing automation with lead management workflows in Salesforce CRM.
✦ Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to improve conversion rates and engagement.
✦ Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate syncing between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
✦ Create A/B tests, optimize messaging, and refine customer journeys based on performance metrics.
✦ Support marketing strategies to attract and nurture potential homebuyers across digital channels.
✦ Ensure compliance with email regulations and data privacy standards.
Job Requirements:
✦ 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, lead management, and customer lifecycle marketing.
✦ Experience creating drip campaigns, automated journeys, and segmentation strategies.
✦ Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
✦ Experience in real estate, homebuilding, or similar consumer industries is a plus.
✦ Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
✦ Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
✦ Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
✦ Experience with SMS marketing tools within Marketing Cloud.
✦ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
