Job Responsibilities:
✦ Execute and manage email campaigns and journeys using Email Studio and Journey Builder.
✦ Develop and troubleshoot dynamic content using AMPscript and personalization logic.
✦ Manage Data Extensions, SQL queries, and Automation Studio workflows.
✦ Perform campaign validation, testing, preview, and deployment.
✦ Support distributed marketing / advisor communications use cases.
✦ Ensure data accuracy and proper segmentation.
✦ Handle INC tickets related to SFMC and MOD (CRM) systems.
✦ Perform root cause analysis (RCA).
✦ Troubleshoot campaign failures, data issues, and integrations.
✦ Ensure SLA adherence and timely communication.
✦ Coordinate critical issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
✦ Financial services domain experience.
✦ Knowledge of SFMC APIs.
✦ Distributed marketing familiarity.
✦ Agile support model exposure.
