Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop and maintain solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

✦   Build and support customer journeys, automations, email campaigns, and audience segmentation strategies.

✦   Develop scalable solutions using AMPScript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.

✦   Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Troubleshoot and optimize automation, journey, and data-related processes.

✦   Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

✦   Support deployment activities across multiple business units and environments.

✦   Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and delivery standards.

✦   Participate in solution reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   3–5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.

✦   Experience supporting enterprise marketing automation and customer engagement programs.

✦   Exposure to multi-system integrations and enterprise delivery environments.

✦   Strong understanding of digital marketing operations and campaign execution.

✦   Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio.

✦   Development skills in AMPScript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML/CSS, JavaScript.

✦   Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Salesforce CRM integrations, and external platforms and data sources.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

✦   Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

✦   Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and projects.

✦   Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivery excellence.

✦   Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to continuously learn.
