Job Responsibilities:

✦   Manage administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

✦   Design and implement scalable end-to-end technical solutions using Marketing Cloud products.

✦   Translate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders on CRM customizations and cross-cloud integrations.

✦   Develop custom solutions using AMPscript, SSJS, and Guide Template Language for personalization and automation.

✦   Build and optimize CloudPages, landing pages, forms, and microsites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript.

✦   Write and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation and data targeting.

✦   Integrate Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Maintain documentation of technical processes, data flows, and automation procedures.

✦   Monitor campaign performance and generate insights using reporting and analytics tools.

✦   Design dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and recommend improvements.

✦   Participate in training, meetings, and team collaboration activities.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree required.

✦   5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

✦   Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Connect, and related tools.

✦   Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and Guide Template Language.

✦   Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for CloudPages.

✦   Strong SQL and data modeling experience.

✦   Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data model and analytics tools.

✦   Certification required: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator or Developer or Email Specialist or Data Cloud Consultant.

✦   Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Experience working in full lifecycle Marketing Cloud implementations preferred.

Additional Details:

✦   Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year.

✦   Must live within 60 miles of select US field offices including Cincinnati, Kansas City, Richmond, Dallas, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Sacramento, or Boston.

✦   Monthly in-person team collaboration required.
