Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the technical assessment of the current SFMC environment, including Business Units, Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, Integrations, APIs, CloudPages, Templates, Tracking, and Consent Management.

✦   Support the definition of the target-state architecture, including data ingestion, identity management, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and preference management.

✦   Translate business and platform requirements into technical migration requirements, solution designs, and implementation tasks.

✦   Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure migration follows best practices, privacy standards, and scalable global patterns.

✦   Identify SFMC assets to migrate, rebuild, archive, or decommission.

✦   Support technical decisions regarding SFMC components that should not be replicated in the target platform.

✦   Coordinate with Web Platform, Data, Privacy, Security, Analytics, and Regional MarTech teams to resolve dependencies and technical issues.

✦   Review solution designs, implementation quality, testing strategies, and cutover plans.

✦   Prepare technical documentation, including integration diagrams, migration playbooks, technical guides, and operational handover documents.

✦   Manage and lead the technical team throughout the migration lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of experience.

✦   Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

✦   Strong understanding of Business Units, Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, Integrations, APIs, CloudPages, Templates, Tracking, and Consent Management.

✦   Experience in data ingestion, identity management, segmentation, campaign orchestration, and preference management.

✦   Ability to translate business and platform requirements into technical solutions.

✦   Experience collaborating with implementation partners and cross-functional teams.

✦   Knowledge of privacy standards and scalable architecture patterns.
