Job Responsibilities:

✦   Configure and manage Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) campaigns and automations.

✦   Develop lead nurturing, email marketing, and customer journey programs.

✦   Integrate MCAE with Salesforce CRM and other business systems.

✦   Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations.

✦   Support stakeholders with marketing automation best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience with Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) implementation and administration.

✦   Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, and email marketing.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, automation rules, and reporting.

✦   Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Salesforce MCAE/Pardot certifications are a plus.

✦   Any Graduate.
