Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define product vision, goals, MVP, and roadmap in partnership with Product Owners and sponsors.

✦   Manage and prioritize the Salesforce backlog, supporting sprint planning and delivery.

✦   Develop and maintain project timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

✦   Collaborate with IT and Project Managers to translate roadmaps into build priorities.

✦   Lead stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance activities.

✦   Coordinate and facilitate UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.

✦   Ensure alignment between business requirements, testing, and final delivery.

✦   Support change management, training, cutover, launch, and hypercare activities.

✦   Track and report on key metrics, milestones, and deliverables.

✦   Manage scope, change requests, and impact assessments.

Job Requirements:

✦   Prior experience working on a Salesforce implementation in a product or project management role.

✦   Hands-on involvement in Salesforce delivery (not just theoretical knowledge).

✦   Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and platform capabilities.

✦   Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management.

✦   Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
