Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own the product backlog and prioritize backlog items; ensure it is transparent, visible, and understood.

✦   Create and communicate backlog items (writing and accepting user stories).

✦   Monitor, triage, and investigate production issues.

✦   Design, build, and maintain automated processes using Salesforce Flow to streamline member and participant growth journeys.

✦   Configure and customize the user interface using Lightning App Builder and Page Layouts.

✦   Review technical solutions proposed by the development team to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and minimize technical debt.

✦   Assist in maintaining the security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.

✦   Prioritize and sequence stories to maximize business value while maintaining sustainable team pace.

✦   Collaborate with IT back-end teams and shared services for decision-making and sequencing of technology enablers.

✦   Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and decompose them into tasks for development teams.

✦   Ensure collaboration with other product teams to manage cross-team dependencies.

✦   Conduct demos and run UAT with stakeholders.

✦   Work with Salesforce System Administrator to coordinate upgrades and data integration changes.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.

✦   3–5 years experience in Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, and formula fields.

✦   Familiarity with Data Loader or similar data migration tools.

✦   Knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Proficiency with Salesforce platform and preferred certifications (Sales Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).

✦   Experience using Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA.

✦   Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions.

✦   Understanding of when to use OOTB Salesforce functionality vs custom development (Apex/LWC).

✦   Strong communication and requirement elicitation skills.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics is a plus.

✦   SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is a plus.
