Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to validate complex Salesforce workflows and Lightning components.

✦   Execute manual and automated validation for Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.

✦   Integrate CRT with Copado DevOps pipelines to enable continuous testing across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.

✦   Design test plans, test cases, and execute Regression, Smoke, Functional, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

✦   Partner closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into test case/test script.

✦   Log, track, and triage bugs using tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.

Job Requirements:

✦   Overall Experience: 6 to 7 years in IT Quality Assurance with a heavy focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.

✦   Minimum 2+ years of hands-on, dedicated experience building and maintaining robot scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

✦   Strong practical understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud modules.

✦   Familiarity with Copado CI/CD, version control, and Salesforce release management processes.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Copado Robotic Testing Certification or Salesforce Administrator/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
