Job Responsibilities:

✦   Handle migration of metadata between sandboxes and production environments.

✦   Conduct weekly production releases for CRM and eCommerce teams.

✦   Manage back-promotions of changes deployed to production.

✦   Own and maintain Copado tool and support feature enhancements.

✦   Guide teams on proper usage of Copado.

✦   Ensure governance and compliance before promoting changes between environments.

✦   Act as point of contact for release-related requests and validations.

✦   Analyze and resolve code conflicts using development knowledge.

✦   Coordinate with development teams for requirement understanding and execution.

✦   Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce releases across platforms.

✦   Manage daily release calendar and change prioritization.

✦   Ensure proper testing, approvals, and documentation for all deployments.

✦   Lead change review meetings and cross-team communication.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

✦   Copado Fundamentals I & II certification required.

✦   Strong expertise in Copado tool and Salesforce release management.

✦   Experience as Release Manager or similar role (minimum 1+ year).

✦   Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.

✦   Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

✦   Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage deployments.

✦   Strong communication and organizational skills.

✦   Ability to analyze and resolve deployment conflicts.
