Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ + Billing).

✦   Translate business requirements into scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions.

✦   Configure and customize Product Catalog, Pricing, Discounts.

✦   Configure Quote and Contract Management.

✦   Configure Subscription and Billing models.

✦   Configure Product bundles, price rules, discount schedules.

✦   Configure Quote templates and approvals.

✦   Implement advanced pricing and configuration logic.

✦   Customize CPQ using Apex, Lightning components, and flows.

✦   Set up and manage Invoices, Payments, Tax, Revenue Recognition.

✦   Configure subscription lifecycle (renewals, amendments).

✦   Troubleshoot billing and invoice generation issues.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

✦   Work with REST / SOAP APIs.

✦   Work with middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred).

✦   Automate workflows using Flows, Process Builder (legacy), Apex.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience Range: 6- 15 Years.

✦   Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education.

✦   Any Graduate.

✦   Any Postgraduate.
