Job Responsibilities:

✦   Plan and execute discovery workshops to understand client business processes, needs, and challenges.

✦   Capture process flows, business requirements, pain points, and desired features.

✦   Serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions.

✦   Work on RFP and pre-sales activities.

✦   Design functional solutions while following Salesforce best practices.

✦   Work with functional teams to build, develop, and test platform applications.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to create solution presentations, wireframes, and system demonstrations.

✦   Own responsibility for completion and accuracy of project tasks.

✦   Lead multiple projects concurrently.

✦   Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

✦   7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst Consultant.

✦   Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

✦   Experience handling pre-sales and implementation projects.

✦   Ability to create BRD, user stories, functional process flows, wireframes, and training materials.

✦   Strong presentation and communication skills.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required.

✦   Experience with Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Tableau CRM is preferred.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals.

✦   Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

✦   Salesforce certifications (2 or more) preferred.
