Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and manage delivery of complex Salesforce solutions including APIs, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, mobile and integration technologies.

✦   Architect scalable, high-performance systems aligned with long-term business goals.

✦   Design and integrate AI-driven solutions within Salesforce environments.

✦   Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions.

✦   Lead technical design sessions and define coding standards.

✦   Oversee Salesforce implementations including development, integrations, and data migration.

✦   Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.

✦   Participate in pre-sales activities such as discovery sessions and POCs.

✦   Debug and resolve complex technical issues.

✦   Liaise with Salesforce product teams.

✦   Travel to client sites as required.

Job Requirements:

✦   14+ years of CRM experience with at least 6 years on Salesforce platform.

✦   Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds).

✦   Strong expertise in system architecture and scalable solution design.

✦   Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, and integrations.

✦   Knowledge of AI tools and AI-first development approaches.

✦   Understanding of design patterns, large data volume handling, and best practices.

✦   Experience with authentication mechanisms (SAML, SSO, OAuth).

✦   Knowledge of ETL tools and enterprise integrations.

✦   Experience with release management, version control, and deployment methodologies.

✦   Strong understanding of platform security (TLS, SSL).

✦   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them.
