Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions based on business requirements.

✦   Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Cases, Queues, Entitlements, Milestones, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Service Console, and Live Chat.

✦   Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.

✦   Create and optimize workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and automation solutions.

✦   Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support customer service operations.

✦   Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.

✦   Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

✦   Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

✦   Follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance processes.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

✦   Hands-on experience in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation.

✦   Knowledge of Service Console, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Entitlements.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.

✦   Experience with deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset.

✦   Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
