Job Responsibilities:

✦   Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements.

✦   Understand and articulate when and how to use declarative vs. developer tools and solutions.

✦   Support the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with architectural standards.

✦   Design solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs.

✦   Review and recommend the best solution for the requirements and articulate trade-offs.

✦   Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks.

✦   Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.

✦   Provide direction to development teams regarding data modeling, sharing and security, and automation.

✦   Participate in grooming and refinement of the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project.

✦   Provide guidance on user story writing style, ensuring success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story.

✦   Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications.

Job Requirements:

✦   At least 5 years’ experience in a leading role in solutioning and delivering Salesforce projects using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.

✦   Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

✦   Experience with large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projects.

✦   Demonstrated hands-on experience providing design and direction on initial Salesforce cloud implementations.

✦   Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field of study.

✦   Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder.

✦   Demonstrated ability with implementation and integration of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, system integrations, and advanced reporting and analytics.

✦   Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.

✦   Ability to function well in a high-paced and dynamic environment.

✦   Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

✦   Experience in Automotive Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other Industries Cloud preferred.

✦   Experience working in the Auto Finance or Auto industries preferred.

✦   Salesforce certifications of Consultant, Architect or Sharing and Visibility Architect preferred.
